cup milk

cup coconut milk

cup chia seed

tsp honey

cup lychee

tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions
1 Mix chia seeds with one cup of milk and a teaspoon of honey and let it soak overnight in the refrigerator.
