Classic Ayran 2 Take yogurt and salt in a pitcher and blend using an immersion hand blender. The yogurt should turn very smooth and creamy. 3 Add sparkling water and blend again until foam builds up on top. A high speed blender such as a Vitamix, can also work well. 4 If you prefer, take some diluted mixture from above in a tall cup and run a milk frother to make more foam. 5 Serve chilled in tall glasses or copper mugs, topped with foam and with or without ice. Mint Flavored 8 Stir in dried mint into Aryan. 9 If using fresh mint, then add leaves to the beverage and let it steep for an hour. Discard leaves before serving.View original recipe
